Bellevue residents who are still cleaning up from the June 16th tornadoes will be able to still drop off tree debris at Haworth Park.
City officials announced Thursday that the temporary dump site at Haworth Park will remain open through Sunday, July 2nd.
The site is open from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM everyday. The site is only for tree debris, they will not accept construction debris, appliances, tires, hazardous waste or any other items that can be left for normal curbside pickup.
Bulk items, such as construction or demolition debris, can be dropped off at Two Springs Elementary School. That site will not accept liquids, appliances, tires, tree debris or hazardous materials.
The Old Landfill at Cedar Island Road remains closed to the public, but will reopen for tree drop off on Saturday, July 29th.
