If you're going to drop your pants to the ground and spit at people, it's probably best not to do it in a police station.
Officer Greg O'Neil says they arrested a man inside the lobby of Central Police Headquarters around 10:30 Thursday morning. "He started basically muttering to himself and then began to spit at several officers that were passing through the lobby area. At this time the suspect pulled down his pants."
O'Neil says the pants-less man, identified as Darrell Moore, was quickly subdued by officers. "Several officers were able to apprehend him. He was booked for Disorderly Conduct."
O'Neil says it is not clear why Moore was at headquarters or what his intentions were.
Moore is being held at Douglas County Corrections.
