An Omaha woman currently serving five years in federal prison appeared in Douglas County court for sentencing on local charges Wednesday.
A judge sentenced Patricia Urbanovsky, the woman at the center of a multi-million dollar scam through her business Creative Creations, to seven to eleven years.
Urbanovsky sold customers over 36,000 travel vouchers, worth $4.7 million, that turned out to be fake.
The sentence handed down Wednesday will be served concurrent to her federal sentence, meaning when she is released from federal prison in 2021, she won't have to serve anymore time.
She was sentenced in federal court in January to 63 months and ordered to pay restitution of more than $4 million to victims of her scam.
