Police Investigate Apparent Road Rage Assault

Omaha Police are investigating what led to two people being stabbed in an apparent case of road rage Saturday morning.

Authorities say a pickup truck driver near the intersection of Saddle Creek and Cuming got out of his vehicle around 2:30 and began slashing another driver's tires.

Police say the driver of the truck stabbed the motorist in the car.

A video posted on Twitter by a witness shows what appears to be the violent encounter at the intersection. The driver of the car was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Another victim showed up at the hospital a short time later, also suffering from stab wounds. Police say that second victim was a passenger in the pickup.

They are still looking for the driver of the truck.
