A shooting in Council Bluffs sent one man to the hospital early Saturday morning.
Council Bluffs Police say officers reported to the Comfort Inn and Suites near 35th and Nebraska Ave just before 1:00 for a report of shots fired.
Officers found a man lying outside the hotel with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. The victim was transported to Nebraska Medicine with serious injuries.
A man at the scene was taken into custody, but it is not clear if he was the gunman.
The victim's name and condition have not been released at this time.
