40 Years Of Stories Shared On Memory Wall

Friday morning operations will end after 40 years at Creighton University Medical Center.  Over those four decades there have been a lot of memories for staff, patients and families, many of them happy and others sad and tragic.

"People have started life here and people have ended life there," says Cary Reimers, Vice President of Patient Care Services.

A memory wall has been set up where for people to share messages and remember how much the building has meant to them for the past four decades.

At 7:00 Friday morning Creighton will close for good.  Emergency services will start at the new University Campus facility at 24th & Cuming.   The Trauma Center will move to Bergan Mercy Hospital at 78th and Mercy Road.
