One person was seriously injured after a broadside crash near 52nd and Fort around 1:20 Tuesday afternoon. Omaha Police say the driver of a westbound Jeep Grand Cherokee ran a stop sign and was hit by a southbound Chevy Tahoe.
The impact knocked the Jeep onto it's side. The driver, 18 year old Jordan Lindsey, was taken to the hospital with a serious head injury that is not considered life threatening.
The driver of the Tahoe suffered minor injuries.
