Saunders County officials say a man was trapped under a tractor Monday afternoon just north of Yutan.
Saunders County Sheriff Kevin Stukenholtz says the call came in around 2:45. "There was a male subject that was trapped under the rear wheel of a full sized tractor."
Stukenholtz says the man was communicating with his wife, who relayed the information to dispatchers until rescue crews were able to free him. "Yutan Fire and Rescue were able to extract him from under the tractor wheel and he was life-flighted to the Omaha area."
No word yet on the identity or condition of the man.
