The Omaha Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing woman who suffers from dementia.
85-year-old Charlene Srb was last seen at Baker's Square at 132nd and West Center Wednesday evening. Police say she possibly drove off in a beige 2004 Mazda minivan with duct tape on the driver's side rear, with Nebraska license plate SDW 500.
Srb was wearing a multi-colored blouse and white pants. Anyone who sees Srb or her vehicle is urged to call 911.
