The Douglas County Election Commission released the second round of results in Omaha's General Election.
In the race for mayor, incumbent Jean Stothert is leading with 54%, 29,652 votes followed by challenger Heath Mello with 44% and 24.329 votes.
In the City Council race, District 1 incumbent Pete Festersen is leading with 85% of the vote with 7,258 votes over challenger Grant Sturek with 13% and 1,167.
In District 2, incumbent Ben Gray is leading with 2,808 votes, 63% over opponent Dennis J. Womack with 1,558 votes, 35%.
In District 3, incumbent Chris Jerram is leading with 5,742 votes, or 81% over opponent D'Shawn Cunningham with 1,207 votes, 17%.
In District 4, Vinny Palermo is in the lead with 2,413 votes, 52% over challenger Jim Rogers with 2,131 votes, 46%. Both are newcomers in the race for District 4.
In District 5, Rich Pahls is running unopposed with 6,815 votes, 96%.
In District 6, Brinker Harding is leading with 6,713 votes, 64% over challenger Dwite Pedersen with 3,511 votes, 34%. Both are newcomers in District 6.
In District 7, incumbent Aimee Melton is leading with 5,309 votes, 65% over challenger Brian Thommes with 2,758 votes, 34%.
