A suspected drunk driver is behind bars Tuesday after a rollover crash late Monday night.
Council Bluffs Police say around 11:00, 24 year old Andrew Buss lost control of his Chevy Silverado on southbound I-29 and rolled over in the roadway.
Buss told officers he swerved to miss hitting a deer in the road, causing the rollover.
The accident caused several lanes of I-29 to be shut down while the truck was removed from the road.
Buss was arrested for Failure to Maintain Control of a Motor Vehicle and Suspicion of Operation While Intoxicated.
