A one and a half year old girl is in critical condition after Omaha Police say she was shot an an apartment complex near 103rd and Hamilton Plaza Monday afternoon.
Officers were called to the Pinetree Apartments around 3:45 and learned that family members had driven the child to Children's Hospital with a gunshot wound to the head.
Officer Phil Anson says it's unclear if the shooting was intentional or accidental. The child's injuries are described as life threatening.
