A Sioux City, Iowa man is behind bars in Bellevue after police say he attempted to meet with a fifteen year old girl.
Bellevue Police say they launched an investigation into 47 year old Neil Ingram on March 8th after he contacted the teen online.
Authorities say Ingram used indecent and obscene language while talking with the girl and sent her sexually explicit photos.
They say Ingram then made plans to travel from Sioux City to Bellevue to meet with the girl on Wednesday, April 12th.
Police made contact with Ingram in a parking lot at 36th and Chandler and took him in to custody without incident.
Ingram was booked into Sarpy County Jail for Felony Sexual Assault-Use of an Electronic Device.
