OPS Teacher Behind Bars After Meth Investigation

An Omaha Public School teacher is behind bars after allegedly selling methamphetamine.

Authorities say 37 year old Jesse Stull was arrested in March on suspicion of delivery of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.

The school teacher was the focus of a meth trafficking investigation that began in January.

Court documents show that Stull was apparently selling meth in a Bellevue neighborhood.

Sarpy County investigators arrested Stull at his home after an arrest warrant was issued earlier in March.

Authorities say when he was arrested there were two grams of meth in the front seat of his car.

Highland Elementary's website shows that Stull is a Physical Education teacher and boy's basketball coach.

OPS officials say police let the district know that Stull was the focus of their investigation after he was arrested during Spring Break. They also confirmed that Stull has been placed on administrative leave and that the arrest isn't related to any students or school related activities.

Stull is being held in Cass County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
