An Omaha man was hospitalized Wednesday morning after he told police he was attacked while taking out the trash.
It happened near 49th and Howard just before 7:00 a.m. The victim says as he was returning to his house when he was attacked by an unknown man. The suspect left after fighting with the 57 year old victim, who was treated for minor injuries at Nebraska Medicine.
The suspect is described as a white man, about 40 years old, 5'8" and 190 pounds. He was dressed all in black and wore a black mask and gloves. Anyone with information is urged to contact Omaha Crime Stoppers at 444-STOP
