The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has suspended their second fraternity in two months.
Tuesday the University suspended the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity until 2020 due to "reckless alcohol abuse, hazing and inappropriate sexually based behavior."
Phi Gamma Delta has been on an interim suspension since February while UNL officials conducted their investigation.
University officials said the fraternity had violated the Student Code of Conduct and engaged in this type of behavior multiple times recently.
Evidence gathered during the course of UNL's investigation showed instances of physical and mental hazing of pledges, along with multiple other infractions.
The fraternity also came under intense scrutiny after an incident at the Women's March in January where members were accused of shouting sexually harassing statements towards marchers. Officials say although the comments made at the march were not the focus of the investigation, the behavior was consistent with other incidents.
The fraternity will not be recognized by UNL's Greek system on campus during the suspension. The chapter house won't be university-recognized housing until 2020.
They can petition for reinstatement in 2019 if members can show reforms have been made to membership, education and oversight, among other requirements.
Earlier this year UNL, along with the national office, suspended the Lincoln chapter of Phi Kappa Psi until 2018 because of "problematic alcohol use" in their chapter house and at off campus parties.
Phi Gamma Delta is the fifth fraternity suspended at UNL since 2014.
