New Non-Stop Flight From Omaha To West Coast

Alaska Airlines will begin daily nonstop service between Omaha Eppley Airfield and San Diego International Airport beginning Monday, August 28, 2017. 

Here is the schedule for the new service.

San Diego to Omaha Omaha Depart: 8:50 AM Arrive: 2:25 PM.

Omaha To San Diego Depart: 3:05 PM  Arrive: 5:05 PM

Alaska will fly this new route with a three-class Embraer E-175 aircraft seating 76 passengers.  San Diego will become the third nonstop destination Alaska Airlines will serve from Omaha since they began service at Eppley in 2013.   

The other two are Portland, OR and Seattle, WA. “The Omaha Airport Authority is pleased to see Alaska Airlines’ continued growth in Omaha with their newest nonstop flight to San Diego, which was previously our largest market by travel demand without nonstop service,” said Steve McCoy, manager of airline affairs for the Omaha Airport Authority. 

The new flight will offer Omaha travelers opportunities not only to San Diego and Southern California, but also throughout the Alaska Airlines’ West Coast network.” Flights will be available for purchase beginning March 15 through Alaska Airlines’ website, www.alaskaair.com or by calling 1-800-ALASKAAIR.
