A 33-year-old Plattsmouth man has been arrested for allegedly using a cellphone to reach underneath women’s skirts.

Timothy Wilson turned himself in on Wednesday and is currently being held at the Sarpy County Jail.  The day before an arrest warrant was issued for Wilson charging him with intruding on a person without consent.

The first incident was reported to Bellevue Police on September 13th by a woman who was shopping at Walmart.  After that, a number of tips were received from the public following media coverage. Two additional victims came forward and reported that that the same man took photographs beneath their skirts.

The incidents reportedly happened at the Bellevue Walmart in July 2016 and another in May 2016 at a Bellevue Target.  Police served a search warrant at Wilson’s home in Plattsmouth in October 2016. At that time evidence was seized, including clothing, cellphones and a computer.
