An embattled restaurant owner was found not guilty in court Wednesday morning.
Salt 88 owner John Horvatinovich was charged with obstructing a government operation last year after posting a picture on Twitter of two minors who were part of a Nebraska State Patrol sting.
Horvatinovich says he felt that he had done nothing wrong when he posted the picture and warned other restaurants about selling to the pair.
Prosecutors said that by posting a picture of the two minors' faces, he put them in danger.
They also argued that since Horvatinovich used the term "sting" in his Twitter post, he knew that the seventeen year olds were working with law enforcement.
Horvatinovich says he didn't know the minors were working with law enforcement and that if he had known, he would have immediately deleted the tweet.
A six juror panel found the restaurateur not guilty in the misdemeanor case after hearing about five hours of testimony between Monday and Tuesday.
