The Next NewsRadio 1110 KFAB Gourmet Club!

Growler USA (162nd and West Maple) hosts us on Tuesday, May 15th, at 6:30pm with three entree options, a variety of adult beverages, and live music entertainment from Jason Birnstihl of The 9s!  

Seats are still available, so make your reservation by calling 402-575-9111!  The cost is $40/person, which includes food, drinks, and earplugs if I join Jason on stage to sing*.


Appetizer (Choose one)

Individual Buffalo Dip -- Roasted chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella and cheddar cheese garnished with Parmesan and green onions. Served with warm naan bread.

Individual Hummus Dip -- Jalapeño and cilantro hummus with just a smidge of heat. Served with Kalamata olives, seasonal vegetables and warm naan bread.


Salad

House Salad, served with fresh grape tomatoes, chopped red peppers, and croutons. Dressing Choices: Ranch, Paradise Vinaigrette, Balsamic Vinaigrette, or Blue Cheese.


Entrée (Choose one)

Home Sweet Home Burger -- Growler’s signature ale-infused red onion marmalade, Swiss cheese and savory avocado aioli. Served with your choice of tots or our signature Sidewinder Fries.

Ahi Tuna Salad -- Toasted sesame seed-crusted seared ahi fillet atop a field of mixed greens, sweet slaw, avocado slices, red pepper, served with a drizzle of Wasabi mayo, Paradise Vinaigrette and a toasted crostini.

Chicken Ginger Orange Pesto Pasta -- Tender chicken breast prepared in a light ginger-orange marinade and served atop a generous portion of rotini pasta tossed in basil-walnut pesto. 


Dessert (Choose one)

Homemade Cherry Crumble -- Cherries topped with brown sugar-cinnamon crumble and served with a scoop of ice cream.

Homemade Apple Crumble -- Fresh apples tossed in cinnamon and sugar topped with brown sugar-cinnamon crumble and served with a scoop of ice cream.


Drinks Included!

Each guest will receive a flight of six 4 oz. beer or cider choices, or two glasses of wine.
