There's no crying in baseball, but I always get tears watching "A League of Their Own." Whether I'm laughing at lines like "Wow! 'Avoid the clap,' -- Jimmy Dugan" or getting emotional over "It's the hard that makes it great" (why does that scene ALWAYS get to me?), there is definitely crying during this baseball movie.
And, three decades later, it still hits me right in the feels.
Since timeless classics don't age, I celebrate the film's anniversary with two of the stars: Tracy "Betty Spaghetti" Reiner...
...and Megan "Marla Hooch -- What a hitter!" Cavanagh.
