A 26-year-old man named Kevin Wise promised his followers on TikTok that he would swim through the tank at Bass Pro Shop in Louisiana if he received 2,000 likes on his post. Having received many more than that, Wise said he "didn’t want to be a liar."

Wise (who isn't) has since been charged with simple criminal damage to property. The store says they had to empty the 13,000-gallon aquarium and clean it after the stunt.
