During Tuesday's two-hour long focus on the May 15th Omaha Public Schools bond issue, OPS Superintendent Mark Evans implied that perhaps the reason why taxpayer-advocate Doug Kagan opposed this bond -- instead of recent votes in Millard and Elkhorn -- may be due in part to the racially diverse makeup of Omaha schools.
Yesterday, Kagan responded to this insinuation.
