(Omaha, NE) -- Omaha Police arrest a 36 year old man on multiple charges of child sexual assault.
Police reports show that Roberto Martinez-Gallardo is facing three charges of first-degree child sexual assault and four counts of third-degree child sexual assault. Investigators say the child was reportedly abused by Martinez-Gallardo between 2013 and 2019. Police say the child knew Martinez-Gallardo and was under the age of 13 at the time of the assaults.
Martinez-Gallardo will appear in court on Friday.
