(Omaha, NE) -- A 21 year old man who fell from the second story of a Capitol District building in mid-March dies.
Omaha Police say on March 13th, 21-year-old Walter Bowens was reportedly trying to slide down a railing, lost his balance and fell over a balcony. The fall caused a significant brain injury. Police said Bowens died Thursday, March 17.
His death was ruled accidental.
