(Sarpy County, NE) -- A woman is recovering following a Tuesday night shooting in Sarpy County.
The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office says around 10:30 Tuesday night, the woman had a bullet graze her head after 22-year-old Cody Hawkins-Claussen reportedly shot at her near 155th and Gertrude. The woman is expected to be ok. Hawkins-Claussen is charged with second-degree assault and is being held without bail.
The shooting remains under investigation.
