(Undated) -- Nebraska is ranked in the top 20 of a recent study the most educated states in the country.
Personal finance website WalletHub.com says Nebraska comes in at number 18 on their list of Most & Least Educated States in America. WalletHub says in this study, they compared all 50 states across 18 metrics that examined the key factors of a well-educated population: educational attainment, school quality and achievement gaps between genders and races.
Neighboring Iowa comes in at number 31 on the list. The most educated state in the country, based on WalletHub's study, is Massachusetts.
