Omaha Police say they have cited a man for Misdemeanor Motor Vehicle Homicide in connection with a fatal crash in the early morning hours on October 4th.
Accident investigators say 60- year old Mark Simmons was operating a pickup that crashed into a motorcycle, killing 33-year old Pedro Flores.
Police say Flores was driving his motorcycle southbound on Northwest Radial Highway and Simmons had stopped at a stop sign eastbound on Nicholas Street.
Police say Simmons then pulled into the intersection striking the motorcycle.
