Charles Herbster, a candidate for the Republican nomination for Nebraska Governor, has the backing of Donald Trump.
The former President tweets that the Falls City businessman has his complete and total endorsement.
Former Trump Campaign Manager and Adviser Kellyanne Conway was on hand when Herbster entered the race last Spring.
Herbster’s former running mate, Theresa Thibodeau, a former Nebraska State Senator and Douglas County GOP leader, says she is planning to run for Governor after dropping off his campaign ticket in July.
Current State Senator Carol Blood of Bellevue also intends to run, making her the first Democratic candidate in the race.
