(Omaha, NE) -- A 19 year old is charged with murder for the shooting death of another teen.
On Wednesday, Justyn Wagner was charged with First Degree Murder for the death of 18-year-old KorVanta Hill. Wagner is also charged with use of a weapon to commit a felony, and gun possession by a prohibited person. On Monday, October 18th, ShotSpotter technology detected gunfire near 39th and Pratt. When officers got to the area, they found Hill gunned down on the sidewalk.
Court documents show that bond for Wagner was denied. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 13.
