Investigators say a Chevy Silverado driven westbound on Dodge Street collided with a southbound car that was turning from 69th Street onto Dodge in the "T" intersection at that location.
The intersection is protected by traffic lights, though southbound traffic off 69th onto Dodge does not have a clear view of westbound Dodge traffic.
6 News reports the driver of the car turning onto Dodge was taken to a hospital by Omaha Fire paramedics with a broken leg, and the Silverado driver was ticketed for running a red light.
