Omaha Police Accident Investigators Monday morning have been on the scene of the fatal collision that happened just before six at Northwest Radial Highway and Nicholas Street.
9-1-1 Communications indicated one person was killed;
The investigation had closed the Radial from Hamilton to Cuming Streets during the Monday morning commute.
