Stressing a need to get back to normal, Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts announces he is allowing the Coronavirus State of Emergency for Nebraska to expire later this week.
Pointing to continued low levels of COVID-19 hospitalizations across the Cornhusker State, the Governor says the State of Emergency will officially end this Wednesday night, June, 30th, at 11:59 p.m.
Ricketts, though, reminds Nebraskans that coronavirus is now part of our lives, and precautions should still be taken including most especially getting vaccinated, but also practicing good hygiene and social distancing.
