There was a fatal, All-Terrain-Vehicle accident in Sarpy County Thursday night.
The Sarpy County Sheriff's office says 71-year old Edward L. Smith of Springfield died after an A-T-V rolled over on 120th Street just south of Platteview Road in rural Springfield.
Investigators say Smith was riding the A-T-V along a fence line on private property when it rolled, pinning the victim, who was found by friends and family.
They had been searching for him.
The case is still under investigation by the Sarpy County Sheriff Crash Response Unit.
