(Lincoln, NE) -- Police in Lincoln are asking the public for any information about a missing woman who investigators say disappeared under suspicious circumstances.
Lincoln Police say on Wednesday, May 19th, officers were called to the 2500 block of Worthington Avenue on a report of a missing person. Investigators say when officers arrived, they contacted a 56 year old woman, who reported that her daughter, 23 year old Carly Schaaf had not been heard from since the morning of Monday, May 17th. LPD says investigators have been conducting multiple interviews, examining digital evidence, and are attempting to determine where Carly may be, but that at this point, investigators have determined that Carly has gone missing under suspicious circumstances.
Lincoln Police are asking for the public's help in locating Carly. She is described as being 5’2” tall, 130 pounds, hazel eyes, has brown hair that was last dyed black, and was last seen at her home in the 2500 block of Worthington Ave. A phone number has been designated for this case.
