(Omaha, NE) -- The Douglas County Health Department is offering a number of opportunities for residents to get a COVID vaccine this weekend.
The Health Department says in order to make it easier to get access to a vaccine, the number of walk-in vaccinations are being increased.
On Friday, the drive-thru clinic at Metropolitan Community College has the Moderna vaccine and will accept walk-ins until 7:00 PM. On Saturday, the clinic at Creighton University’s Rasmussen Center will offer Pfizer vaccine and is accepting walk-ins from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Then, Sunday’s clinic at Girls Inc. will accept walk-ins from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The Gril's Inc. clinic will offer the Moderna vaccine.
