Governor Ricketts joins 16 other Governors calling on President Biden to withdraw an executive order banning new oil and gas development on federal lands and in offshore waters.
The joint letter asks the President to "pause the pause," saying the order "jeopardizes our national security interests and strips away the opportunity for Americans to be energy independent."
