Omaha Police have identified the city's most recent homicide victim.
Investigators say 58 year old Jose Martinez was found dead at a South Omaha public housing building early Wednesday morning.
Omaha Police say around 3:45 Wednesday morning, officers were dispatched to Highland Tower near 25th and B streets for a well-being call. Investigators say once on the scene, officers found Martinez dead. The investigation is on going.
