A Columbus, Nebraska man is in the hospital in serious condition after being shot early Wednesday evening in Council Bluffs.
Police say around 6:20 p.m., officers found 24-year old Daquon Berry with a bullet wound as he lay in a parking lot near North 34th St. and Avenue "H," to the south of I-29.
The investigation is ongoing by the CBPD Criminal Investigation Division.
