An inmate who walked away from the Community Corrections Center-Lincoln Tuesday night has been arrested.
The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services says Reece Stack was taken into custody in Lincoln and will be returned to the custody of NDCS.
Stack started serving his sentence on September 26, 2011. Stack began serving a 19 to 20 year sentence in September 2011. He was sentenced to prison for second degree assault. He has a tentative release date of April 30, 2022.
