Cass County investigators say they have identified the body of a man found in a burning car around 7:00 Monday morning on a county road near Plattsmouth.
The sheriff says after the fire was extinguished they found 39 year old Jesse Pratt's body in the backseat.
He was the registered owner of the Ford Fusion. The sheriff's office and Nebraska State Fire Marshal's Office is continuing the investigation.
