The University of Nebraska has announced that their December commencement ceremony will be held online due to COVID-19 concerns
The university says the ceremony will be similar to the virtual commencements they held in May and August.
The university says any graduates from May, August, and December of 2020 will be able to participate in any future commencement ceremony with special recognition.
All graduates will receive gift boxes with a complimentary cap and tassel along with Husker-themed souvenirs.
The online ceremony begins will be held December 19 at 9 a.m.
