A jury finds 61-year old year-old Jeff Ehrlich of Wahoo guilty on two of three charges related to crashing into Wahoo Police and Saunders County Sheriff's Department cruisers while driving a semi last year and threatening law officers.
He's convicted of terroristic threats and assaulting a deputy, but the jury deadlocks on attempted first-degree murder charges.
The prosecution plans to retry Erlich on those counts later this year.
Sentencing for Ehrlick will be October 5th.
