The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers schedules three virtual hearings the next two months on water crossings for the Keystone XL oil pipeline.
The Corps sets the hearings for September 28th in Montana, the 29th in South Dakota, and October 1st in Nebraska to collect testimony.
All three will be teleconferences because of Covid-19.
A federal judge in Montana has ruled the pipeline builder, "TC Energy," needs to get approval from the Corps for the water-crossing plans.
