A Lincoln man is behind bars, accused of uploading child pornography onto the internet.
The Nebraska State Patrol say 59 year old Jon Bogart was arrested Friday morning following a child pornography investigation. The NSP's Special Operations Division Technical Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at a Lincoln home after getting a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Bogart was lodged at the Lancaster County Detention Center on charges of possession and distribution of child pornography. The investigation is ongoing.
