Omaha Police say a driver is in the hospital after being thrown from a car in a single vehicle crash on the JFK Freeway Sunday night.
Police Accident Investigators tell 6 News the vehicle was traveling southbound on Railroad Avenue when the driver lost control, sending the car through a fence before crashing on the Kennedy Freeway between Q Street and Gilmore Avenue.
Omaha Fire paramedics took the driver to the hospital.
Police believe the driver might have been intoxicated at the time of the crash.
