Omaha Police release the name of the pedestrian killed Monday afternoon at 29th and Leavenworth.
It's 49-year old Edgar G. Badillo of Omaha.
Accident investigators say a Toyota Camry that was eastbound on Leavenworth Street went through a red light at 29th Street and hit a southbound Chevy Silverado.
Police say the Chevy spun and rolled, striking Badillo, who was standing on the southeast corner of the intersection.
Police identify the driver of the Toyota Camry as 24-year old Jayden D. Johnston of Omaha, and say charges are pending.
Investigators report no other injuries.
