Omaha Fire Department paramedics rush a child who was on a bicycle to the hospital in critical condition with head and chest injuries following a collision with a vehicle near 90th and Boyd Streets in Omaha Monday afternoon.
Police say the 12-year-old boy collided with the side of a pickup.
Accident Investigators say a group of bicyclists was going east on Boyd through an intersection with a green light when the signal turned yellow.
The victim then hit the side of the Dodge Ram that was northbound on 90th St.
Police say the child was not wearing a helmet.
