A man is in custody in an early Tuesday morning shooting.
Omaha Police pick up 30-year old Gregory Robertson in the assault of a 25-year old man, who tells investigators he was shot in the area of 18th and Spencer Streets around three a.m.
Dominique McDaniel, who has non-life threatening injuries, was taken to a hospital in a private vehicle.
Detectives and officers identified, located and arrested Robertson without incident.
He was booked into Douglas County Corrections for 2nd Degree Felony Assault, Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony, Possession of a Defaced Firearm and a Controlled Substance.
