A second death is being attributed to an Omaha man killed by law enforcement in Kansas.
Omaha Police say on Tuesday, while officers were investigating the death of 51 year old John Miles, the body of 68 year old John Clanton was found in Ponca Hills. Clanton had been reported missing on Wednesday, June 10th, one day before Miles' death. Miles was shot to death on Thursday, June 11th at an apartment near 79th and Blondo.
Investigators say 31 year old Nicholas Hirsh is responsible for both Miles and Clanton's deaths. They are not looking for any other suspects in relation to the men's deaths.
Hirsh was killed in Lawrence, Kansas on Tuesday after having a shootout with police who were attempting to take him into custody.
